I extend a warm welcome to all visitors to this blog, which explores the interconnected aspects of my life: faith, family, and a variety of hobbies. I hope this message finds you well and filled with contentment.
I am a 39-year-old man who has been happily married for 13 years and is blessed with two children. My journey to this point has been marked by significant experiences and challenges. Early in life, I was involved with the Freemasons and DeMolay, and at the age of 10, I first came to recognize God’s love for me. Subsequent years brought difficulties, including prescribed medications that were, at times, overprescribed as physicians sought to address underlying issues. During high school, I faced profound struggles that led me to question whether I could ever overcome them—experiences that tested my mind and spirit in ways I never anticipated.
Yet, through it all, God graciously drew me back to Himself later in life. He restored me to His flock and guided me toward meaningful change, renewing my path with purpose and hope.
As expressed in Scripture:
“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” — Romans 15:7 (ESV)
It is in this spirit of acceptance and gratitude that I share my stories here. I invite you to explore the reflections on faith rooted in the Bible, family life, and pursuits such as shooting, computers, and reading. I hope you find encouragement, insight, or simply a sense of shared humanity in these pages.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.
